Shipments and returns
Important notice: due to the Covid-19 crisis, we will insure the dispatch of the orders only once a week, so you can expect delays in your order delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding.
Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days after the confirmation of your payment. We recommend you to pay online to make sure that your order is processed in priority.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the destination. Shipping fees do not include any eventual import taxes and duties.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
For European orders
Orders are dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.
For other Regions orders
Orders are sent via DHL Express. Please notice that Incoterms are DAP for this shipping option. You will be responsible to pay for any import taxes and duties, they are not included in our shipping fees.
Collection for free onsite
For Shell Eco-marathon participants only, as soon as venue and dates are confirmed, we will add it in your delivery options so you can collect your orders for free directly at the venue during the event live days. Please notice that if you don’t collect it, additional fees will be charged for the shipping of your order.
Returns
Return is at your own expense (unless it is due to an error from us, or if the item is defective).
Period of withdrawal of 14 days
You can cancel your order within the first 14 days from the day you (the consignee) receive. We will then refund you the cost of the item. Please notice that the return shipping fees will be at your cost.
